And the most important thing is quality of working parts.
You can buy a very cheap extruder and will have to change parts even every day. The problem here is not only in spending money and loosing time for changing. You can not guarantee the quality of extruded soybeans and can loose your customers or have problems with your animals.
If you are looking for expensive models you have to calculate whether your business will be profitable. The experience shows that processing full-fat soybeans on expensive extruders and parts is unprofitable in 95%.

The quality of extruder parts is achieved by the following stages:
1) choosing the right material;
2) receiving good billet;
3) right curing;
4) good tooling ;
5) strict quality control.
As Ukraine is one of the world leaders in space and weapon industries we can use our best achievements. Also the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences is one of the most respected in the world. There the first time in the world 100% welded bridge and the first personal computer have been created.
So we use special cast iron with high content of Chrome (more than 25% Cr) also add some Ni or Mo depends of conditions of parts work. Such material has excellent resistance to wear - that is very important for extruders.
In cooperation with Specialists from Physics-technological institute of metals and alloys of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences the technology of casting was designed.
The process of casting is not available for many producers due to it’s complexity.
On the first stage we produce ourselves special metal forms for receiving models of parts from synthetic material. Then using special sand mixtures we use casting on the burned models we receive billets of high accuracy.
We provide curing to receive high hardness of parts.
And afterwards we use special cutting tools provide finish processing on special machines with NC.
This stage is also very important as many companies don’t provide high hardness because they use cheap steel or they have no possibility to process billets with high hardness.
And on all stages of producing and before shipment we check every part for dimensions and hardness. Because even in our progressive technology there is 5% probability of defects (comparing with up to 50% of cheap producer). The policy of our company is that customer mustn’t receive any defect part.
You can ask how can high quality parts cost less than such of European or American producers?
We answer: it is possible because of some cheaper labour in Ukraine, because of access to the best achievement of Ukrainian (and Soviet) science, because of policy of less margin comparing with all West companies.
