FISH FEED
APPLICATION
aqutic feeds with higher digestibility (compared to granulation) for fish, especially for predators, shrimps
ADVANTAGES
- high starch dextrinization degree - 90%
- controlled density of the pellets - the possibility of floating, sinking and soaring feed
- high water binding capacity
- stability of granules shape for soaking
- reduction of direct water pollution
- stability and resistance during transportation
- using of low-grade wastes for cooking gih-energy feeds
- reducing consumption of feeds
RAW MATERIAL
meat and bone meal, blood meal, fish and shrimp flour, yeast, sunflower meal, flax meal, alfalfa, grape pomace, peanut flour, peas, corn, wheat, rice
Extrusion with preconditioning allows to obtain higher nutritious aquatic feeds for fish, especially predatory species, compared to pelleting feed
It is also noted that after extrusion palatability of feed improves, inactivation of enzyme inhibitors, neutralization of some toxins and destruction of their producers passes, which is important in feeding fish.
The ability to control process in a wide range allows to produce feeds of different density, which is especially important for fish, as there is possibility of floating, sinking and soaring feed.
The speed of immersion in water at a depth of 1 m of sinking extruded fodders is at least 6-7 sec., as conventional granulated pellets immerse to the same depth in 4 seconds.
Extruded feed particles are more durable than granulated feed, so crumbling and screening the extruded feed is less than 1%, as for pelleted feed - from 5 to 10% or more.
Therefore, when using extruded feeds the quantity of dust falling into the water when feeding fish is reduced on75%, and thus direct water pollution reduced significantly.
Extruded feed are more efficiently absorbed by fish, and using them can get low feed conversions and reduce water pollution by fish wastes.
When growing trout with extruded feeds ratios within 1.2-1.4 can be obtained, while granular feeds bring at least 0.6-0.8.
In combination with an effective disinfection it can significantly increase the efficiency of feeding fish, shrimp and shellfish.
Benefits:
- high starch dextrinization degree - 90%
- controlled density of the pellets - the possibility of floating, sinking and soaring feed
- high water binding capacity
- stability of granules shape for soaking
- reduction of direct water pollution
- stability and resistance during transportation
- using of low-grade wastes for cooking gih-energy feeds
- reducing consumption of feeds
Consequently, fish feeding with extruded pellets enhances the fish productivity and lower costs of feed on weight gain of fish, shrimp and shellfish.
Products can be used for sea fishing and for fishing in rivers and lakes, as well as fish farms.
